A Browerville man was injured in a motorcycle accident on Friday evening at 8:50pm. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, 23 year old Ethan Newport of Browerville was making a left hand turn to travel westbound on Highway 10. While turning, the rider lost balance and the motorcycle was laid down on it’s left side. Newport was taken to Staples Hospital with what the State Patrol deemed non-life threatening injuries. Newport was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office and Lakewood EMS.
