On Saturday night 10/12/14, at 7:23 pm the Todd County Sherriff’s office responded to a report of a female in the city of Browerville who was reporting that she had been approached on the street and restrained and inappropriately touched by a male party. After investigation, TCSO arrested 26 yo Kendilove Charles on suspicion of Criminal Sexual Conduct and Kidnapping. There is no danger to the public and Charles is being held at the Todd County Jail pending formal charges.
